What we do with your details
Short version: we use them to quote your job and nothing else.
What this site collects
The enquiry form collects your name, phone number, email address, suburb, the service you selected and whatever you write in the message field. That is the whole list. There are no analytics or advertising trackers on this site.
Where it goes
Form submissions are emailed to [email protected] and stored in that mailbox. They are not sold, shared or passed to any third party for marketing.
How long we keep it
Enquiries are kept while we are quoting and for as long as we hold records for a job we did. If you ask us to delete your details we will, unless we are required to keep them for a completed installation.
Footage and site data
We do not hold recordings from systems we install. Footage stays on your recorder or in your own account. During service work a technician may view your system with your permission and only to do the work you asked for.
Asking us about your information
Email [email protected] or call 0419 262 082 to ask what we hold, correct it, or have it deleted. We handle personal information in line with the Australian Privacy Principles under the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth).
